• 工作内容

  • To develop, prepare and update documentation such as procedure, work instruction,  checklist related to In Process Quality Audit and FQA.
  • To involve in updating first article run (FAI) for any process deviation and special order  and submit to customer for approval.
  • Conduct the weekly process audit as per control plan to find the opportunity of continuous  improvement with systemic approached and error proof. 
  • To coordinate corrective action taken is effectively implemented and maintained by relevant  manufacturing section.
  • To lead the team from Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Equipment Engineering Production and other related Department for improvement through the weekly Quality Improvement Team Meeting (QIT)
  • To provide the systemic and error proof action in order to reduce risk in production process and customer feedback.
  • To utilize quality improvement tools and develop strategy in problem solving in continues improvement.
  • Lead as customer new product transfer and qualification.
  • To update and submit the Quality Weekly Report to customer on time as per agreed Responsible on handling the purge part with proper record and validation.
  • To liaise with customer, ensuring that the customer quality requirements are met, customer feedback are well coordinated and resolved. On component quality issue so as customer shall coordinate the corrective action from the component supplier.
  • To coordinate for the customer audit.
  • To involve in determining disposition of non-conforming material on MRB.
  • To review process data and statistical chart.
  • To prepare the report for Continuous Improvement Project and Error Proof Project  for submission to customer and for review and approval.
  • To response for any customer feedback with 8D and submission on time.
  • To lead team on root cause investigation, corrective and preventive action and  update the comprehensive 8D.
  • Update and submission Continuous Improvement Project and Error Proof Project Base on customer quarterly target
  • To have update and submission for self audit finding with action taken to customer as a Quality Alert Notification as per customer quarterly target 
  • To ensure all the SPC item are meeting the CPK target by drive the team for continuous  improvement
  • To ensure the In Line Reject percentage is meeting the customer target
