    Job Responsibilities
    - Assist in reviewing construction drawings to understand design intent and technical requirements.
    - Support the preparation and revision of construction drawings using AutoCAD under guidance from senior engineers or project managers.
    - Help identify drawing discrepancies or clashes and report findings to the relevant architectural, structural, or M&E teams.
    - Provide on-site technical assistance to construction teams based on approved drawings and instructions from supervisors.
    - Assist in checking drawings submitted by subcontractors for accuracy and basic compliance with design requirements.
    - Support coordination between project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth implementation of work at site.
    - Assist in maintaining and updating as-built drawings and project documentation upon completion.

资格

  • 任职资格

    【Must】
    - Over 7 years of experience in construction and building projects, focusing on construction management.
    - Able to review and interpret construction/shop drawings independently.
    - Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of producing accurate technical drawings.
    ※The client is looking for the cdd who is living in Penang

    【Advantage】
    - Possess Occupational Safety and Health (OSH / SHE) certification.
