  ■ JOB OVERVIEW
  As a Senior Service Engineer, you will take a leading role in supporting clients by overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimal operation of our commercial kitchen equipment.
  This position requires advanced technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will work closely with the sales team and management to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations and support business growth.
  
  ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  ・Lead and oversee on-site installation of kitchen equipment at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
  ・Perform complex service, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment to ensure peak reliability and operational efficiency.
  ・Act as the key technical advisor to the sales team, providing expert input during client meetings, project discussions, and proposal preparation.
  ・Conduct regular client visits to evaluate equipment performance, troubleshoot critical technical issues, and build long-term client relationships.
  ・Mentor and guide junior service engineers, sharing best practices and supporting their technical development.
  ・Collaborate with sales and management to analyze recurring technical issues and prepare detailed feedback reports for headquarters.
  ・Monitor and share market-related intelligence (e.g., client expansion plans, competitor product performance, emerging technology trends) to contribute to strategic sales planning.
  ・Deliver advanced training sessions to clients and internal teams on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
