  Main responsibilities:
  Translator Interpreter for communication in Japanese to English and vice versa including document translation.
  *Able to communicate and understand Malay would be an advantage.
  
  Basic responsibilities:
  1. Provide translation and interpretation support between Japanese and English language
  2. Assisted in documentation such as reports
  3. Provide administrative/secretarial support/travel arrangements, calendars, appointment scheduling and drafting of correspondences, etc
  4. Assist in business-related matters for local and overseas business
  5. Record minutes of meeting, draft/edit/proof-read executive level documents
  6. Handle personal tasks
  7. Any other miscellaneous tasks to support
  8. SV attendance management support, construction progress report creation suapport, maintenance of office break room equipment, simple office cleaning,etc
  9. Equipment management, Improvement of the office environment, Filing and management of documents , Recording slips, filing,　Making documents requested by the Leader
