    Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, supporting disciplinary and grievance matters; including domestic inquiry procedures. You will also support in organizing HR initiatives, driving employee engagement programs, and supporting our commitment to excellence through award and certification submissions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
    • Coordinate employee disciplinary and grievance cases in accordance with company policies and employment law
    • Support domestic inquiry (DI) procedures
    • Coordinate and execute internal HR events and training programs to foster learning and team connection
    • Lead the planning and implementation of staff award and recognition programs
    • Coordinate company award and certification submissions, including BCorp, ESG, and other strategic recognition

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Education Background: at least Diploma / Degree in Business, HR or any related field

    - Experiences : Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources role, with proven exposure to payroll and employee relations

    - Required Skills:
    • Working knowledge of domestic inquiry processes, labour law, and HR governance frameworks
    • Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across departments and levels
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
    • Familiarity with HR systems and experience collaborating across teams and levels
