    < Job Purpose >
    Provide expert legal advice to all departments, ensuring organizational compliance and risk mitigation. The role covers drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing legal administration, and advising on a wide range of business activities, including contracts, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, 3PL, and principal-related matters.

    < Job Duties & Responsibilities >
    - Provide legal and compliance advisory support to management and all departments on matters affecting the company's operations in Malaysia.
    - Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with local laws and corporate policies.
    - Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the management of regulatory filings, business licensing, and external audits, in accordance with Malaysian legal standards as well as global corporate compliance frameworks.
    - Conduct internal training sessions to raise awareness and build capacity on relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across departments.
    - Support corporate secretarial functions, including preparation and maintenance of statutory records and assistance in Board and shareholder meetings where necessary.
    - Identify and mitigate legal risks, and provide strategic legal support during disputes, investigations, or crisis situations, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with applicable regulations.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from any Malaysia's Bar Council recognized Institutions.
    ・Completion of the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), or exemption granted through a Malaysian-recognized law degree with completed chambering requirements.
    ・Over 4 years of corporate legal practice experience in manufacturing environment.
    ・Strong legal drafting skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
    ・Good working knowledge of Malaysian laws, including commercial, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

  • 福利制度

    ・Basic Salary = RM 2,800 - RM 3,200 (negotiable based on the experience)
    ** Entitle to RM 500 Skill Allowance after confirmation.
    ・AL: 10 days for 1st year (2 days added every year and up to 20 days)
    ・Annual increment and bonus x 2 times annually (depending on company performance)
    ・Upon the confirmation of employment, basic salary may be increased based on work performance
    ・Can claim fixed OT rate (RM10/hr for normal day, RM15/hr for Sat, RM18 for Sun & PH) or getting Replacement Leave for OT done (minimum 4 hours and above), (>4<6 hours – ½ day, > 6.5 hours – 1 day for Sat, Sun, PH)
    ・Meal subsidy and mileage claim RM 0.50/km for working outside of Company or outstation (e.g. visit to supplier’s place, government dept.)
    ・Panel clinics with free medical treatment (fees) RM450 per year
    ・Professional training will be provided
    ・Company Activities: Company Concert, Sport Activities, Team Building, Company Dinner
