  • 工作内容

    - As first responder for all machine issues (machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance)
    - Conduct machine training (operation, maintenance, basic application) to customer (engineer, technician and operator)
    - Provide guidance to engineer/operator/technician on how to fully utilize machine and its integrated function, to maximize machine performance capability
    - Plan, schedule and execute machine improvement activities (MTBA, OEE improvements, error reductions, conduct preventive maintenance)
    - Act as technical/engineering interface for Sales and Application members

资格

  • 任职资格

    【MUST】Candidate MUST have own car and need to drive to customer
    - Language: English
    - Education : Degree in any Engineering
    - Experience :
    1. Min 1 to 2 years experience in servicing customer in semiconductor manufacturing environment
    2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    3. Experience or knowledge related to dicing/ laser devices
    4. Willing to work on weekends or holiday for urgent support issues
    5. Willing to travel few times per month (will be travelling to Muar, Johor, KL, Seremban, Penang)
