    Purchasing
     Sourcing for items in various platforms or channels
     Identifying reliable suppliers/vendors
     Comparing & evaluating offers from suppliers and price negotiations
     Perform all purchasing related administrative & coordination duties
     Track orders and coordinate item delivery to target locations
     Managing budgets and payments

    Center/Office Setup, Renovation & Relocation
     Search & identify location
     Liaise with contractors, various construction services providers, property agents, governing bodies, etc.
     Ensure compliance to the regulations & criterias of the governing bodies
     Plan & execute the following processes (not limited to) in line with Company and regulatory requirements:
     Interior Design
     Floor Plan Layout
     Electrical & ICT Planning
     License Application & Renewals
     General admin work eg. ensure proper documentation, records and filling, tracking, reporting, etc

资格

  • 应征条件

    (Must)
     Min Diploma
     2-3 years experience
     Possess own transport

    (Prefer)
     Able to communicate in BM (verbal & written) would be added advantage
     Familiarity with the construction/interior design industry would be added advantage
