-Promote and sell our range of skincare products to medical professionals in private clinics (mainly) and hospitals
-Work with marketing team to achieve a synergy of marketing plans with sales efforts
-Support the implementation of events such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations, etc
-Develop and establish strong working relationships with our customers and business partners

Technical Support & Maintenance:• Provide Tier 2/3 on-site and remote technical support during and post-deployment phases.• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on systems to ensure optimal uptime.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving DICOM, HL7, network, and system performance.3. Client Engagement & Customization:• Engage directly with clients to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective configurations and solutions.• Customize systems to meet clinical workflow and compliance needs based on site-specific requirements.4. Documentation & Reporting:• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, deployments, system changes, and support logs.• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, user guides, and support manuals.• Support technical reporting for compliance audits, project reviews, and service-level agreements.5.
