  Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the purchasing department
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy and maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • To source for right and good quality with the least possible cost and lead time with very good payment terms
  • To exercise regular cost reductions with our suppliers without compromise on quality and lead time
  • 100% on time delivery from suppliers
  • Suppliers optimization in supply base activities (supplier development)
  • Regularly have communication with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, delivery and service are always far exceed company expectation.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure planned KPI is met
  • Ensure monthly expenses target set is met
  • Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, SOP and 5S process
  • Ensure implementation of the safety and health procedures
  • Any tasks assigned by Superior from time to time
  
  Authority
  • Authorized to liaise with suppliers
  • Approve all forms, documents and reports related to Purchasing such as PO, leave forms & etc
