Responsible on Inspection Instruction establishment, preparation, first article inspection, capability study, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages.- Establish Training Need Analysis (TNA) and new or refresher training to quality technicians and inspectors on new and current inspection methods and criteria.- Compile, drive and lead nonconforming product control and failure analysis and follow-up corrective and continuous improvement plan.- Compile and drive Quality report and lead the internal and customer quality review meeting.- Handle and drive customer complaint and conduct failure analysis. Response and follow up on customer corrective action and improvement plan.- Coordinate and drive improvement on RMA activities and sorting / rework activities with supplier and customer.- Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and customer system audit.- Responsible on Engineering change order, coordinate purging activities and monitor on documentation revising.- Responsible on supplier quality management.- To ensure RBA, Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.- Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/managementAuthority:- Establish and update the decision on new and current product inspection criteria.- To stop production or shipment when defective products are found in shortage time possible with immediate containment action.

1. Customer quality management / Manage customers queries and complaints.2. Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer / Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.3. In Process Quality control, NCA follow up to prevent re-occurence / Process Audit.4. Incoming parts quality control / Supplier Quality Management / MRB control / To support ad-hoc activities requested by superior /Non conformance / MRB Control.5. Responsible for FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new tooling / tooling change or transfer.6. Work with Operations & Engineering team for Continuous Improvement.7.Work together with supplier for any NPI parts improvements change in the drawing /correlation on the measurement method and other issue related to NPI raw parts.
