• 工作内容

  You will be only the person in charge of Accounting & Admin in Malaysia. (but most part of accounting will be handled by Japan side)
  If you love supporting or helping, and you are willing to handle multiple task but not only limited to specific job, encouraged to apply for this position!
  Cooperating with Japan HQ, required to communicate frequently.
  OJT provided by MD or other branch. (Possibly travel to Thailand or Japan for training in the future)
  
  Also, since this is a small organization with only 4 staff and most of the staff are out for sales during day-time,
  you are expected to work independently.
  
  ・General Secretary
  ・Confirmation of payment from customers
  ・Payment to each business partner
  ・Bank in Deposit
  ・Update Delivery information.
  ・Communication with accounting department in Japan and Thailand
  ・Compiling client's data
  ・In charge of partial full set, as they are using accounting farm.
  ・Office management (equipment, working environment, sanitized or etc)
  ・Others requested by manager
