【Purpose of Job】- Assisting the Brand Manager and the Marketing GM to create a strategy for the sub brand which is in line with the Company’s marketing guidelines. 【Job Responsibilities】• Basing on the brand strategy, candidate should be able to come up with sub-strategies. From there, incumbent need to execute and materialise the sub-strategies by using the four-marketing mix in order to be able to achieve targets for the sub-strategies. • Determine the strategy/s for the sub-brand.Candidate need to know and understand their product brand positioning in the market and to come up with strategy for the sub brand in order to further enhance their brand’s portfolio. • Execution of the 4P strategy of sub-brand. Once the sub-brand strategy is in place, incumbent must be able to utilise the marketing mix (4P) in order to realise the sub-strategies for the sub-brand. • Creating marketing guidelines which in are in line with the company’s marketing handbook and principles. Able to create guidelines governing the marketing activities of the Company, which are in line with the company’s marketing handbook. • To materialise the strategy/s of the sub-brand.This is done via discussions with Key Account team in order to align appropriate plans and initiatives with external stakeholders. • Providing trainings and educating & developing subordinates, if applicable. • Collect, organize and analyse the information and / or market data. From there, analyse the brand’s result and come up with the issues / areas which requires attention and further analysis. • By analysing the Profit & Loss of the sub brand, analyse the factors which impacted and influenced the brand’s profit. • Create short-term and mid-term strategy for the sub brand which help to increase the sub brand value in a short to mid term period. With the planned strategy, he / she should be able to allocate the right resources for the execution of the 4P strategy. • Create guidelines for the sub brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy. • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments. • Basing on the overall sub brand strategy, “slice” down all the processes which are involved and to attach a specific goal / target to each of the process. • Track and monitor the progress of the strategy. Should there be any deviations from the timeline / target, incumbent would need to propose the appropriate countermeasures.

【Purpose of Job】- Incumbent must have a thorough understanding of marketing principles and able to propose sales and promotional strategies based on the Company and the department’s pre-defined marketing guidelines. 【Job Responsibilities】- Implement marketing plans which combines all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning, promotion to achieve business plan.- Gather market information, arrange and compile as appropriate, analyze the data gathered and to propose recommendations to the team.- Effectively plan, develop, direct and implement marketing strategies and activities in line with the requirements set by the Company in line with the brand image- Able to assess the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns, promotions etc. and to provide recommendations for the next promotion. After which, this information is to be shared to Brand Manager and to be discussed with Brand Manager.- Communicate and liaise with in-house Designers to develop all marketing communications and to product packaging.- Liaise with business partners, advertising, media and public relations agency. - To track, monitor and evaluate the campaign promotions to ensure that the campaign objectives / sales targets are achieved.

【Purpose of Job】- Responsible for coming up with long to mid-term marketing strategy as well as seeing through the entire execution of the strategy to ensure the achievement of the objectives and goals of the marketing strategy. 【Job Responsibilities】• Determine the strategy/s for the brand.Incumbent need to know and understand their product brand positioning in the market and to come up with strategy for the brand in order to further enhance their brand’s portfolio. • Execution of the 4P strategy. Once with the brand strategy is in place, the incumbent must be able to utilise the marketing mix (4P) in order to realise the strategies for the brand. • Planning the STPC of the brand. Develop an understanding of our Company’s products and positioning. From there, to create and plan a marketing strategy to enhance and strengthen the brand’s segmentation and positioning in market and its consumer target market. Able to create content for targeted online audience. • Manage the marketing budget. This shall include planning for the required marketing initiatives and to manage the return of investment from these marketing initiatives. • Basing on the market research data, incumbent should be able to collect, organise and anticipate the upcoming consumers’ behaviour. Leveraging on this, incumbent should be able to anticipate the changing consumers’ preferences and to come up with a right marketing strategy for a new or enhanced product. • Having an integrated view on all the sub brands. From there, to manage and allocate the resources appropriately to all the different marketing initiatives in order to improve the brand’s image and value, both short & long term per se. • Create brand statement. Able to define the brand and to enhance & strengthen the brand’s definition by delivering a constant message across all marketing initiatives. • Basing on the brand strategy, manage and analyse the return on investment for all the investment expended for the brand’s marketing initiatives. • Create guidelines for the brand and to champion & drive the 4P strategy. • Communicate and drive the sub brand strategies and objectives with Key Account team in order to ensure the same understanding across different departments, particularly strategies related to new products or revival of certain products. • Track and monitor the progress of strategy. Should there be any deviations from the timeline / target, incumbent would need to propose the appropriate countermeasures. • Liaise closely with marketing vendors and/or media agencies. Able to educate and convey to our partners on our Company’s ideals, corporate identity (CI) and etc.
