  Company Profile: Japanese Construction Group established in 1933, very strong is proposing new construction technology to the society to ensure the safety and eco-friendly concept being implement in the building settings. They had come out with impressive concepts such as earthquake resistance, soil contamination and rooftop green idea in Japan’s existing building nowadays. In Malaysia, the company had been set up in 1982 and handled about 300 over projects.
  
  Job Scopes:
  - Assist the APM/Project Leader* in the site management and supervision
  - Monitor daily planning and progress reporting
  - Handling and documenting client complaints
  - Monitor the vendors (sub contractors and suppliers) and their performances
  - Report deficiencies in the various processes and performance of vendor
  - Attend/involve in work inspection and internal audit to ensure compliance to the standard requirements of Integrated Management Systems (IMS)
  - Perform/Conduct and verify all the checking, inspection and testing activities on work done by vendors.
  - Monitor the control of wastage/ loss of materials/ machineries
  - Ensure and checking construction drawings and changes
  - Assist the safety officer/safety personnel to oversee general safety and health at the site/workplace
  - Monitor the issuance of NCR on non-compliances, taking immediate corrective actions and suggesting preventive actions
  - Ensure the maintainance of the Company Departmental documentation meets Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements and standards
