    Job Duties:
    • Drive full cycle of recruiting processes – sourcing/headhunting, screening & short-listing, coordinating interviews, offer management up to the point of on-boarding.
    • Maintain good working relationship with various clients and anticipate their talent needs.
    • Work closely with HR/Hiring Managers regarding job openings to ensure that job specifications, desired qualification and expectation are aligned and clear before sourcing.
    • Provide excellent customer service and continuously communicating with HRs & hiring managers for interview feedback, fine tune search direction and conclude final candidate placement who can meet business needs.
    • Provide timely updates on hiring and headcount progress.
    • Able to put into practice best in class recruitment including passive candidate sourcing utilizing hiring tools/systems.
    • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
    • Planning & organizing of related Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives i.e. Walk In Interviews, Career Fair event, Fresh Graduate Hiring Program etc.
    • Collaborate with HR by providing relevant documentations for work permit application.
    • Responsible to work with Procurement Department and vendor on the new contract engagement, as well as renewal contract.
    • Tracks and reports on resourcing results and develops/implements plans for continuous process improvements.
    • Sound knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Language : English (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
    - Experience : 8- 10 years of progressive experience in execution of a large-scale talent management program that includes but is not limited to recruitment, selection and assessment strategies along with demonstrated experience and knowledge in human resources.
    - Age : 25 - 40
