Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Scopes:
Helpdesk and Remote Troubleshoot Assistance support for Network Issues for clients. To determine the source of the error/ issue is either hardware or software related and escalate to System Support if Hardware related.
• Provide software support and help resolve problems arising out of network connectivity.
• Assist in hardware/software problems relating to our Print Controller / Print Server.
• To provide in-house training/support to internal staff on IT related matters.
• Other responsibilities to be announced during interview

Requirement
Requirements:
- English (High Proficiency) + Any other language is added advantage
- Possessed a Degree in Computer related field required (preferably Network related)
- Experience :Experience and knowledge in networking , IT fresh graduate can apply
- Aged from 25-40
