  • Job Description

    Company Profile: This company was founded in 1983 by a small group of heat engineering pioneers and was one of the first companies to launch solder heat exchangers in the market. They are represented in more than 50 countries, and has their own sales force in more than 20 countries.

    Job Scopes:
    - Service all customers within the assigned territories in order handling related matters.
    - Responsible for documents related to order fulfillment & delivery process (quotation, order confirmation, invoice, letter of credit etc)
    - Liaise with stakeholders which inclue but not limited to customers, overseas operations, forwards, transport companies for order fulfillment and delivery process.
    - Register orders in the Corporate Business system.
    - Act as contact person for customer and reply questions from customers related to the orders (e.g.: delivery time, certificates, shipping method, etc)
    - Be responsible for the Letter of Credit handling for customers in the territory.
    - Issue freight quotes to customers in accordance to establised guidelines.
    - Issue Performa invoices to customers.
    - Follow up on payments and issue payment reminders and statement of account in accordance to established routines.
    - Keep track on delinquent customers and delayed orders.
    - Register claims into the claim handling system and advise customers for transport for claimed units.
    - Set up new customers, new product configurations in the Corporate Business system.
    - Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance to organization's management system requirements from time to time.

Qualifications

    Requirements:
    [MUST]
    - Good command in English and Japanese (oral and written)
    - Possess JLPT N2
    - Willing to work in Subang Jaya area.
    - Minimum Diploma in Business Administration and or related field.
    - At least 3-years of working experience in Customer Support / Sales Administration field.

    - Working experience in manufacturing industry
