Job Description
Company Profile: This company provides corporate planning and support services throughout the subsidiaries companies of the group.
Location: Subang Jaya
Job Descriptions:
* People and Project Management
* Planning and organizing to develop a systematic approach towards problem solving
* Architects, support and improve in house developed applications and standard applications to meet user's requirements
* Responsible for new and enhancement of application development project via SLDC approach.
* Provides detailed and timely status update to management
* Participate in Problem solving and troubleshooting on application related matters
* Lead by example, prepare and study technical feasibility and estimates on proposed system solutions
* Constantly keep updated of latest technical knowledge, development technologies, best practices and R&D activities for systems
improvements
* Ensure quality and consistency throughout the support, architecture and implementation
* Act as a highly competent advisor to their management and team
* Perform and monitor team performance, establish plan for improvement and annual reviews
* Responds to occasional system errors and support including during off hours and coordinates response amongst the team
* Conduct proposal presentation and technical documentations in verbal and written
* Take ownership of projects, energetic, enthusiatic, professional and good team player

Language : English
- Education Background : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience : 8-10 years of IT development experience with team lead/assistant manager/ manager position
Hands-on experience in various programming (C#/.Net/JAVA and etc) and database (Oracle/MS SQL/MYSQL and etc)
knowledge
Experience with ERP system, Mobile application programming, data center environment and multiple OS Platforms
(Windows/Unix/Linux and etc) and databases is an advantage
Display a strong work ethic, good teamwork and good sense of prioritization
Experienced in setting up and using modern development tools for continuous improvement in both management and technical
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management in group and on-to one
