  Company background:
  The company established since 1996. This company achieved ISO 9001 certification and OHSAS 18001 in the construction sector. They are strongly emphasis on quality and safety in every aspect of operations and works. The product or service are electrical, instrumentation and mechanical construction.
  
  Working Location: Petaling Jaya (Selangor)
  
  Job description/ scope:
  -Manage, review and communicate proper standards, QA/QC and HSE procedures, operational, project planning, plan, resource planning, project schedules and codes of practice in accordance to company policy and client’s requirements.
  -Overseeing whole operations including man-power, project process, productivity、QAQC、Production control etc.
  -Establish business plans and business strategies.
  -Prepare Project Cost Control against Cost Expended to monitor project cost－flow to prevent cost overruns.
  -Create and issue the quotes for the additional/changed construction to the architects
  -Familiar with electrical installations procedures and testing & commissioning procedures.
  -Proficient in project coordination and management skills.
  -Provides technical support to construction and start up personnel.
