  Company Introduction:
  This company supply mono-crystalline silicon wafers and manufacture mono-crystalline solar cells and modules.
  
  Company Location: Kuching, Sarawak (Industrial Area)
  
  Job Scope:
  Responsibility:
  * To plan, organize and manage the process sustaining and development engineering activities.
  * To achieve optimum productivity, cost, quality, safety, inventory, timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  * To lead/coach and motivate a team of section head and engineers in their skill and knowledge development.
  * To contribute effectively towards company’s policy, goals and growth.
  * To initiate, introduce, develop and implement continuous improvement programs such as QCC (Quality Control Circle – Six Sigma), cost reduction, process capabilities, yield, efficiency, etc.
  * To implement actions to improve quality, yield, productivity, process stability, housekeeping, cost and safety of the cell equipment and process engineering sections via process simplification and optimization.
  * To organize troubleshooting on major problems encountered or quality issues related to reliability and implement process changes and improvements where necessary.
