  Company Profile: A well-known music education & instruments trading company which founded at the year of 1887. They are actively promoting music-related activities such as music festivals, competitions, and having own music school in order to render the arts of music to the society.
  
  Job Descriptions:
  1. To develop and conduct Product Training and Technical workshop.
  a. Product Training
  i. Achieve assigned training targets for Y-CATS, Y-PATs and special events. (Monthly & Annually)
  ii. Prepare & conduct company's Commercial Audio Product Training Seminars (Y-CATs) :
  iii. Plan, organise, execute & conduct product training seminars, workshops & events (Ad-hoc)
  b. Technical Support
  i. Continuously develop & improve training syllabus & materials to meet market’s requirement (Daily)
  ii. Support Commercial Audio sales & marketing team on advanced system design & technical enquires (Daily)
  iii. Develop, increase, improve & strengthen company's Commercial Audio technical support services (Daily)
  iv. Competitor Information
  ***Consistently provide research results on competitors’ products comparison and market/user (Daily)
  
  2. To develop new sales channel for commercial audio product
  a. Direct Customers Visitation
  i. Professional Sound & Light Rental Companies (Monthly)
  ii. Broadcast Stations (Monthly)
  iii. Others (Ad-Hoc)
  b. Collection of Accounts Receivables (Monthly)
  i. To ensure prompt & accurate collection of Account receivables (Monthly)
  ii. Minimize credit risk and improve Account Receivable turnover from the assigned sales channel (Monthly)
  
  3. To complement and support Sales & Marketing activities(Annually)
  ii. Improve Direct customers’ product operation & technical knowledge (Daily)
  
  4. To administer job scope and submit timely reporting
  - To provide research results on competitors’ products and market/user feedback (Monthly)
  
  5. To participate in company’s event and projects
  Plan, organize, execute & conduct Special Events:
  a. Day with Rental House / Day with Dealer / Day with Institution of High Learning / Day with Broadcast Station / Others (Annually)
  b. Product Road Tours (Ad-Hoc)
  c. To undertake other duties/ task as and when assigned (Ad-Hoc)
