The business nature are to carry out as a wholesalers and distributors of electric power tools and related spares and accessories to our end users. Product or service provided are wholesalers and distributors of electric power tools and related spares and accessories.
  
  Company Location: Taman Perindustrian Subang Jaya
  
  Job Scope:
  * To handle overall IT activates and ensure IT operations are run smoothly.
  * Perform daily support/operation on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printer, backup/recovery and network infrastructure.
  * Handle VPN access & DNS server.
  * Liaise with supplier on software licensing, IT equipment purchase & control or settle up network infrastructure accordingly.
  * Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  * Responsible for IT security, anti-virus monitoring activities.
  * Maintain company official websites.
  * Involve in system implementation and provide training and technical support of users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
  * Periodical back up data of company data file
  * Keep track on all user’s issues was reported and solve problem with teamwork.
  * Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
  * Assist in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
  * Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work, cope with highly challenging environment, proactive, punctuality, good attitude and able to work under pressure
  * Work closely with other department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.
