  Company background/ information: A local Precision plastic injection molding company, with over decades of experiences providing services to the automotive and electrical industries in Malaysia. Main clients are those famous vehicle brand in Malaysia. Having 3 factories in different regions of Malaysia.
  
  Location: Shah Alam (Factory)
  
  Job scope/ summary:
  - Appointed as Assistant Quality Management Representative and reporting to Deputy Manager QAQC.
  - Responsible in maintaining the company quality system documentation - Quality Manual Procedure and work instruction.
  - To initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process & quality system.
  - To lead the internal Quality Audit for quality system twice / year and to report the result to the management review meeting.
  - Responsible for reporting weekly customer complaint and supplier problem related to quality of product supplied.
  - Responsible for reporting monthly defective part to IQM's Management Team.
  - To ensure all company procedure been followed by all personnel in Quality Department according to ISO/TS16949 quality system.
  - To monitor all quality improvement activity been carried out and implemented by relevant department.
  - To take immediate countermeasure on all customers complaint related to quality of IQM's product supplied.
  - To monitor the effectiveness of countermeasure and preventive action which related to quality of IQM's products.
  - Responsible to monitor the all sub vendor or supplier related to quality of parts supplied to IQM.
  - To liaise with all relevant department related to quality on all new development project.
  - To lead the audit team to conduct yearly manufacturing audit / quality system audit to IQM's sub-vendor.
  - Responsible in training and coordinating the auditing from customer and SIRIMto IQM.
  - Identify QC staff training requirement yearly.
