  Job description/ scope:
  • Handling Division Strategic Key Account Customer.
  • Assesses Customer strategies and performance and Competitor trends & behaviors to identify opportunities.
  • Integrates Company/Channel Strategy on Category and Retailers Marketing Plans.
  • To communicate Company category strategy & direction to Customer.
  • Generates and selects the right Category & Customer Strategies and tactics.
  • Generates and evaluates Customer/Brand activation options.
  • Determine the appropriate product range/assortment, promotion plan, shopper activities for the customer/channel.
  • To prepare the Customer Business Plan in the required format.
  • Monitor Customer performance (internally and externally).
  • Develop the Customer Joint Business Plans communication.
  • Develop the effectiveness of trade investment and ROI.
