    Job description:
    As a help desk in customer support and assist Superior in the administration of Contracts Maintenance and Customer Database. Work together with about 20 over team members in the department.

    Main Responsibility
    - To compile and verify contract data in SAP for all branches
    - Verify accuracy of data in SAP for records update
    - To produce management report on open contracts, back-log management and any other reports pertaining to contract team performance.
    <Including>
    • Carry out meter calling/reading and billing of Rental/TGS accounts to ensure complete coverage, and correct and accurate billing.
    • Receiving, verifying, organising and coordinating toner supplies to ensure fulfillment of orders taken and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitoring, verifying and analyzing MCV and toner scheduling to prevent over supplies.
    • Maintain accurate and updated records of all existing and new Rental/TGS accounts. This shall include systematic filing of agreements, invoices, meter reading forms, D/Os, correspondence and action forms.
    • Assist Superior in managing the Customer Information Database to ensure accuracy of input data and regular updating.
    • Assist Superior in monitoring and checking Expiry/Renewal, Upgrading/ Relocation/Termination/Abscond of Rental/TGS machines. To report/liaise/advise relevant parties to ensure proper and timely dissemination of information.
    • Assist Superior in monitoring, checking and suspending supplies and services to debtors with long outstanding accounts. This shall include release of orders upon approval by Superior.
    • Assist Superior in various Customer Relations Management activities such as Service Audit, Sensitivity Survey, Inquiries, Complaint and Disputes. To assist in correspondence and Customer Education Programs.
    • Perform other relevant functions as and when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in English
    - Above Diploma in any major of study
    - Minimum 2 years of related experience with the operation of SAP system.
    - Good auditing, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP would be an advantage.
