• Job Description

  Company Profile: Having 18 years of experiences in IT industry (Japan). Now they have established a new branch in Malaysia, mostly servicing Japan companies at the moment and local companies. They are expertized in providing network & server. Also, providing web development & application service to their valued customers.
  
  Location: Mont Kiara (A center of multinational citizens and good connection and accessible to different regions)
  
  Job Scopes :
  - To perform pre-sales support and provide solutions related to servers and network.
  - To prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  - To collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and sales support.
  - To confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  - To secure and renew orders and arrange delivery（schedule planning and execution).
  - To plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  - To perform after sales support/help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
  - To plan and execute migration of the website, that consists of both static html-coded pages and dynamic contents such as WordPress, from the current environment at the third party’s server into the new environment.
  - To plan and execute migration of email server content and configuration from the current environment at the third party’s server into the new environment.
  - To design proposals to customers who require IT infrastructure that is composed by plural servers and other network appliances.
  - To install, maintain and provide after support for customers who ordered in-house servers.
  - To liaise with team/vendor to provide IT helpdesk support (first layer support) to customers (Windows environment).
  - To build and lead a local technical team to execute the above duties.
  - To train and mentor junior technical executives and interns.
  - To assist the Business Development Manager in ensuring that Sales Target across all current titles are achieved.
  - To support the Business Development Manager in developing new services/strategies and the implementation of new ideas to generate revenue.
  - To maximize customer satisfaction to maintain and develop existing new businesses.
  - To make sure that customer queries are answered courteously and promptly adhering to the time scales stipulated by the company.
  - To continuously update own self and team’s knowledge of network management, cloud computing, database software and network security.
  - To update and inform the Business Development Manager on any risk and vulnerabilities that may affect existing customers.
  - To inform the Business Development Manager of any status changes to customers that may have an impact on their account(s).
  - To understand and make sure that the technical team adhere to deadlines.
  - To assist the Business Development Manager where and when required.
  - To foster good working relations with internal and external parties.
