  Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist and translate necessary documents to required languages.
  • Responsible for extensive calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in arranging special event, luncheons and exhibitions.
  • Organize the superior’s itinerary and travel schedule including air ticket, visa and hotel reservation.
  • Assist superior’s on business presentation and tracking of KPIs of related operating departments.
  • Assist all level of staffs to get the superior’s approval for the documents.
  • To perform other related administrative support.
