  Job Responsibilities:
  - Manage specific projects to engage with customer expectation
  - Control outsource vendors if projects needs and make proposals with sales team
  - Supervise on requirements within the budget and design the whole system
  - Maintain existing system and Project management
  - Communicate with customer and to take total responsibility of project
  - Vendor control
