    Company Introduction: A Japanese travel agency that specialized in servicing corporate users. Unlike the commercial travel agency, they provide customized travel packages to the corporate based on their needs and also outcome effective cost-budgeting plan to their valued clients for the entire travel requirements.     Location: Bukit Bintang Golden Triangle, 5 minutes walking distance to nearby LRT station. Convenience stores and other shopping malls are available.

    Job Scopes:
    - Corporate Travel Department
    - Assisting phone sales on flight booking / reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application for necessary country
    - Sourcing of attractive airfare, formulation of corporate travel policies, constant updating of current airline airfare and conditions
    - Air ticket issuance, raise payment requisition and prepare invoice
    - Issue invoices, exercise control and monitoring of outstanding invoices
    - Hold the rotate SOS Mobile phone and laptop (24/7)
    - Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing ticketing services in a professional manner and behavior
    - Self development

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Proficient in English and Malay
    - Diploma or Degree in tourism, hospitality , business administration or related field
    - Min. 3 years and above experience in reservation & ticketing system (Sabre)
    - Aged from 30 to 40
    - Computer Proficiency : Abacus, PowerSuite, Microsoft excel and words
