  • Job Description

    - Responsible for customers’ information, sales/orders administration, forecast and delivery
    - Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation
    - Verification of PO, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request
    - Monitors projects/programs from inception through delivery
    - To communicate and coordinate fulfillment activities with internal departments on customer demands, pricing, engineering changes
    - To ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Chinese, Malay
    - Education Background : Degree in any discipline
    - Experience :
    > At least 3 years relevant working experience in Customer Service/Program management/Sales Administration
    > Candidate who worked in CM (Contracted Manufacturer) has priority
    - Skill : High proficiency in with MS Excel and mastering Pivot Table and VLookup function
    - Age : 28 ~ 35
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others : Candidate with experience dealing with local + overseas customer has priority
