  • Job Description

    - Report to Managing Director
    - Focus on the design process, technology and PCB fabrication ­descriptive geometry, mechanical drafting, computer design modelling and electronic structuring Electronic circuits and devices
    - Identify and drive PCB CAD solutions and design processes to enable more advanced PCB layout complexity in shorter timelines
    - Schematic and PCB design tool evaluation, selection, deployment, maintenance of team members
    - Lead and manage a team of high performance PCB designers
    - Be responsible for training, infrastructure and facility planning and commissioning and day­-to-­day operations
    - Collaborate with internal teams and PCB vendors to continually improve design flow, practices, rules, constraints, design for test and manufacture guideline
    - Standardize and maintain release of documentation of fabrication of PCB’s
    - Assign and monitor project status closely and ensure that project deliverable meet customer requirements
    - Preparation of project schedules, resources and budget
    - Project management and risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
    - Required Language(s) : English, Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
    - Skill :
    > Must have knowledge in operating CAD, applied math, electronics principles and circuit design
    > Knowledgeable in PCB fabrication materials, processes, PWB and SMT is a PLUS
    > Understanding of the development cycle and dependency with other design functions, familiar with PCB design process and component library building techniques, able to interpret specifications and determine dimensions
    > Demonstrated understanding of DFM, DFA, DFT, circuit design and understanding Gerber Data record
    - Experience : Minimum 5 years working experience in PCB layout and routing using PARCAM and GC Power Software
    - Age : 35 ~ 45
    - Certification : N/A
    - Others :
    > A fully hands-­on manager, dynamic, energetic, mature, performance driven, independent with excellent communication skills
    > Self­-starter, result oriented, work cohesively within the team and ability to motivate staff to achieve Company’s Goal
