  Company Introduction: Globally recognized MNC company as the leader in infrastructure and agriculture. Started with farming, then slowly transformed into steel piping and tubing OEM Manufacturing, Oil and Gas equipements and more. As their organization is expanding and connected with countries such as America, China, Europe and India, they need a professional to take part in the system upgrading project in order to liaising well with other regions for their internal information sharing.

  Job Scopes:
  This activity is frequently performed under severe time constraints and high pressure.
  * Take care of the definition, analysis, design, and/or programming of complex systems or programs.
  * Within this responsibility, the incumbent designs the appropriate input documents, computer files, printed reports, visual display formats, controls, system performance characteristics, anticipated volumes, and audit trails assuring that all inter system relationships are properly defined and controlled.
  * Complete definition of new system specifications is collaboration with user personnel.
  * Whenever possible, the incumbent assumes a project management role in terms of primary user contact and work direction of other technical personnel and must therefore acquire an in depth knowledge of these systems both from a technical and user point of view.
  * Focuses on providing technical guidance to the programmer/ analyst although some programming will be required.
  * Responsible for diagnosing and correcting all programming errors that appear in operational systems within the assigned application areas.
