• Job Description

  - Report to Office Manager
  - Handling daily task of import & export shipment
  - Booking and arranging space for shipments on carriers such as vessels and trucks
  - Arrange cargo movements to destinations overseas
  - Preparing and processing documentation such as commercial invoices and shipper’s export declaration Bills of Lading
  - Involves working with others’ and so being able to communicate clearly and being very organized is essential
  - Attending to Customer query via mail and on call
  - Ensure the shipments are meet on time delivery by achieving specific targets without failure and meet customer expectation
  - To monitor and supervise packing activities to ensure quality and conformance to customers’ requirements
  - Try to maintain inventory accuracy and control minimum level by highlighting problems to relevant departments
  - Coordinate with Shipping coordinator, internal and external parties to have the same understandings to meet the company’s’ goal
  - To coordinate loose fittings and pipes for packing accurately on time for delivery to achieve 100% OTD and zero discrepancy
  - To fulfill safety and health requirements, direct and maintain 5S housekeeping standards of cargo at warehouse storage areas
