• Job Description

  - Perform 2nd level onsite support and troubleshooting for Hostel and Hotel users.
  - Attend to ticket assigned according to alert/ critical level and ensure ticket closing on time (Alert 3,4,5 < 4 hour and Alert 1,2 < 24 hour).
  - Perform troubleshooting by diagnose, analyze and identify root cause of LAN network issue and problems
  - Update finding and action plan after support into CCS Ticketing system and Helpdesk Support team
  - Setup NMS and email alert to monitor a condition every each of equipments installed under LAN.
  - Install, configure or setup equipments such server, switch, wireless AP, routers and etc
  - Carry out survey, design and proposal of LAN network setup for a new project or potential site
  - Ensure cost and solution proposal are accurate
  - Submit proposal on time according to SOP.
  - Manage and handle expectation from the customer.
  - Weekly reporting of project status to HOD and management.
  - Monitor project progress within the budgeted cost
  - Weekly reporting to HOD on common issue and problems of the on site support and prepare action or prevention plan report to reduce call log.
  - Continuous research, explore and keep track of latest technology & news to emerge with better solution of network implementation.
