仕事内容
- Developing new markets: Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the manufacturing sector to expand market reach.
- Consulting with clients: Conduct meetings, presentations and factory visits to understand production challenges and automation requirements.
- Recommending solutions: Work with the technical team to prepare basic automation proposals and product specifications.
- Managing the sales cycle: Handle technical presentations, quotations, contract negotiations, sales closures and payment collection.
- Supporting project delivery: Collaborate with technical teams on implementation and after-sales support.
- Building relationships: Maintain positive client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends: Track industry developments and competitor activity to support internal strategy adjustments.

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Automation or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduate from related study welcome to apply
- Own transportation and willingness to travel to domestic and international client sites for visits and business activities.
■ ADVANTAGES
- Over 1 to 5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, factory automation, machinery or manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to understand technical concepts, product parameters and industrial applications quickly.
- A proactive, can-do approach to cold calling, handling rejection and working towards performance targets.
- The ability to explain technical information clearly to engineers, procurement managers and other stakeholders.英語
