  ＜Job Summary＞
  Lead product development for the Sales and E-commerce domain by turning customer data and sales needs into recommendation, personalization, upselling, cross-selling, and retention features that improve customer LTV and contribution margin.
  
  ＜Key Responsibilities＞
  ・Own recommendation and personalization initiatives on the e-commerce platform, from problem definition and requirements through validation
  ・Replace manual upselling and cross-selling activities with automated e-commerce flows
  ・Define and implement retention data capture and customer retention initiatives through the EC platform
  ・Identify gaps in customer purchase data and CRM systems such as HubSpot, and drive necessary improvements
  ・Define success metrics, measure results after release, and continuously improve features
  ・Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to identify customer needs and prioritize the product backlog
  ・Analyze customer LTV and contribution margin, and lead initiatives to achieve business improvement targets
  ・Take ownership of product and business outcomes, not only feature delivery
