  • 仕事内容

    • Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for local employees in Malaysia.
    • Manage employees’ employment contracts, personal files, and other HR-related documents.
    • Manage employee attendance, leave, and attendance records.
    • Compile information required for payroll processing and liaise with external payroll providers, accountants, or relevant service providers.
    • Assist in handling statutory employment and HR administrative matters in Malaysia, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.
    • Manage office supplies, facilities, procurement, and day-to-day administrative operations.
    • Organize and maintain documentation related to employee expense claims and company operating expenses.
    • Liaise with the company secretary, accounting firms, banks, and other external service providers.
    • Assist with the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Malaysian company.
    • Handle day-to-day communication, translation, and business reporting between the Korean headquarters and the Malaysian company.
    • Perform other HR, administrative, and company operational duties as assigned by management.

  • 応募条件

    <Requirements>
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or above.
    • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
    • Good command of Korean in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; TOPIK Level 5 or equivalent is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and local HR administrative processes.•
    • Experience handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, or payroll-related matters.
    • Experience in administrative and operational management for a newly established company, start-up, or small-sized business.
    • Experience liaising with company secretaries, accounting firms, banks, or government authorities.

    <Advantageous>
    • Prior experience working for a Korean company or Korean-invested company.
    • Prior experience working directly with Korean headquarters or Korean management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with good document management and time management skills.
