    - Record and monitor station quality anomalies, customer complaints, and claims disputes; establish issue ledgers, follow up on corrective actions, conduct re-inspections, and ensure full problem closure.
    - Compile quality control data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; prepare reports, review recurring issues, and provide optimization recommendations to reduce complaints and assessment deductions.
    - Deliver basic operational and quality control training to station staff; assist with new station opening inspections; ensure compliance with headquarters’ quality control requirements.
    - Coordinate with regional offices and headquarters to align on quality control initiatives; complete special quality control projects assigned by management.
    - Responsible for YoYi regional quality control monitoring and training for newly opened stations.

    - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
