  ■ Job Description
  We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineering Executive (Member Level) to support production engineering operations at our EMS (PCBA) manufacturing facility in Malaysia. This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in SMT production and process improvement who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to efficient, high-quality manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support smooth production, stable equipment performance, and continuous process improvement.
  
  ■ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  - Develop and recommend effective production methods to improve line quality and productivity.
  - Establish standard times by measuring and analyzing production processes.
  - Develop and implement quality plans and work instructions for production models.
  - Ensure that all documents and data are maintained and updated with the latest information.
  - Work with production and other departments on projects to improve line balancing and performance.
  - Keep the supervisor informed of project progress and lead projects as assigned.
  - Understand and translate customer documents.
  - Plan, prepare, and set up new processes.
  - Request new jigs or modifications to existing jigs.
  - Collect data on process tact time, line balancing, indirect material usage, and solder and glue consumption.

  - Work manuals, instructions, and SOPs.
  - Quality plans.
  - Machine checklists and checksheets.
  - Attention notes.
  - Line-balancing records.
  - Process studies and analyses.
  - FMEA documentation.

  - APQP documentation.
  
  Other: Contribute ideas and support Kaizen and 5S activities.
