    We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive with a strong commercial mindset to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand opportunities across government agencies, GLCs, concessionaires, and private sector clients.

    The successful candidate does not necessarily need road construction experience but must have proven B2B business development experience in technical or engineering-related industries.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Identify and secure new business opportunities.
    - Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
    - Develop and execute business development strategies.
    - Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
    - Coordinate tender submissions.
    - Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
    - Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
    - Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    - Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions and networking events.

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Construction Management or equivalent.
    - Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development, Key Account Management, Technical Sales or Commercial experience.

    - Experience in one or more of the following industries:
    * Engineering
    * Construction
    * Building Materials
    * Industrial Products
    * Manufacturing
    * Water & Utilities
    * Renewable Energy
    * Oil & Gas Services
    * Environmental Technology
    * Infrastructure Support Services

    - Candidates with exposure to any of the following will have an advantage:

    * Utility companies

    * Industrial customers
    * Project-based sales

    * Proposal preparation
    * Commercial negotiation
    * Contract management

    * Existing network with government agencies, GLCs or corporate clients.
    * Experience preparing tenders or technical proposals.
    * Experience selling technical or engineering solutions.
    * CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or equivalent).
