    【Job Summary】
    We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and proactive professional to fill the role of Executive - Regional Parts & Service. As a prominent player in the industrial machinery and heavy equipment sector, our organization is dedicated to delivering world-class aftersales support and machinery solutions across the region. This pivotal role is designed for an energetic individual who will bridge the gap between operational excellence and strategic sales growth within our regional parts and service department. The successful candidate will take full ownership of managing regional aftersales services, coordinating equipment repairs, and driving profitable growth in Parts and Service Department (PSD) sales and revenue.

    In this position, you will be entrusted with optimizing warehouse inventory levels across our regional branches, ensuring that we maintain a lean yet highly effective stock posture. The challenge lies in minimizing stock levels to reduce holding costs while absolutely ensuring that the quality and speed of our customer service are never compromised. You will act as the vital link between our customers, branch warehouses, and the head office, orchestrating seamless logistics to ensure timely parts delivery and monitoring strict adherence to delivery schedules.

    Beyond logistics and operations, this role has a heavy commercial focus. We believe that the best way to understand our market is to be in it. Therefore, you will regularly conduct customer visits to build strong relationships, understand client pain points, and actively boost parts and service sales. You will also be responsible for high-level data analysis and reporting, preparing comprehensive monthly regional reports according to the strict guidelines set by the Head of Department (HOD) and Regional Managers. By forecasting market requirements, analyzing parts sales data, preparing annual budgets, and designing robust service sales action plans, you will directly influence our strategic financial objectives. We are looking for a collaborative team player with strong decision-making capabilities who can navigate daily operations, contribute to long-term strategy, manage sudden crises, and foster a supportive, high-performing team environment.

    【Key Responsibilities】
    ・Regional Aftersales & Service Management: Oversee and manage regional aftersales support, equipment repairs, and maintenance services to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
    ・Inventory Optimization: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in branch warehouses; minimize holding stock without compromising the quality, availability, or speed of service.
    ・Sales Drive & Customer Relations: Conduct regular physical and virtual customer visits to identify new business opportunities, boost parts and service sales revenue, and handle customer complaints effectively.
    ・Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and monitor parts collection and delivery schedules to ensure all standard and emergency parts orders are fulfilled seamlessly and on time.
    ・Financial & Strategic Planning: Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting market requirements, preparing annual budgets, analyzing parts sales reports, and executing service sales action plans.
    ・Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed regional parts and service monthly summary reports regarding stock line items and operational metrics, adhering to frameworks set by the PSD HOD or Regional Manager.
    ・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain clear, proactive communication and foster strong collaboration with all internal staff, branch teams, and the regional division to achieve overarching business goals.
    ・Critical Decision Making: Exercise sound judgment across four key business pillars: managing daily Operations, developing regional Strategy, resolving emergency Crises (such as urgent parts shortages), and leading People.
