  【Summary】
  The Product Specialist is responsible for driving the growth by supporting sales activities, conducting product demonstrations and training, developing marketing strategies, and analyzing market trends. This role works closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to increase product adoption, strengthen dealer capabilities, and expand market share.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Support the Business Development and Sales teams by providing technical product proposals and solutions.
  - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for dealers and end users.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers while promoting Makita Accessories.
  - Plan and deliver product training for dealers, customers, and internal sales teams.
  - Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
  - Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
  - Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements based on market insights.
  - Develop category-based accessory solutions and optimize product line-ups.
  - Identify new business opportunities through market research and field activities.
  - Track sales performance, training KPIs, market share, and prepare regular reports.
