    ■ COMPANY OUTLOOK

    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Market Development & Sales Leadership
    Spearhead sales strategies for strut channels, construction fasteners, and structural components across Malaysia's building and construction sectors.
    Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue targets and performance goals.
    Lead initiatives to penetrate industrial and commercial building markets, with a dedicated focus on capturing the rapidly growing data center infrastructure market.

    2. Client Relationship & Specification Management
    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key consultants, MEP engineers, and main contractors.
    Engage early in project design phases to influence product specification and ensure the company's products are selected.
    Oversee and optimize both key accounts (direct project sales) and high-level channel partner relationships.

    3. Channel Development & Management
    Architect and manage a robust, high-performing network of distributors and dealers across the region.
    Oversee the delivery of product training, technical support, and marketing assistance to empower channel partners and drive indirect sales volume.

    4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis
    Continuously monitor construction industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    Provide data-driven market feedback and strategic recommendations to senior management to support product development and supply chain optimization.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 8 years of technical sales experience in building materials within the construction industry, focused on structural steel, construction fasteners, or related structural components.
    ・Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Candidate with managerial experience has advantage
    ・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering field (preferred)
    ・Strong understanding of the Malaysian construction market, commercial operations, and procurement processes
    ・Experience handling MEP/M&E projects is highly preferred
    ・Established direct relationships with consultants and contractors.
    ・A verifiable client network and project portfolio, particularly within the industrial/commercial building and data center infrastructure sectors
    ・Fully understand technical terms, can read drawing, possess fundamental engineering calculation/planning capabilities.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・ Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills.
    ・Strong teamwork mindset and self-motivation.

    - 80% Achievement: 0.5% x Individual Sales Value
    - 100% Achievement: 1.0% x Individual Sales Value
    - Management Level, team meet 80% Achievement: Extra 0.5% x Overall Sales Value
    - Management Level, team meet 100% Achievement: Extra 1.0% x Overall Sales Value
    ・Optical/Dental Allowance = RM 300 (claim basis)
