仕事内容
• Maintain of customer pricing log.
• Obtain parts costing information from suppliers.
• Coordinate sample requests for customers.
• Support customers with environmental compliance documentation from suppliers or internal parties.
• Assist with customer account opening and master data setup.
• Coordinate agreement initiation with legal team.
• Work with marketing on costing for order processing.
• Communicate Product Change Notifications (PCN) to customers.
• Update customer information in system.
• Provide quarterly lead time updates to customers.
• Prepare and submit official quotations to customers.
• Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) quality issues.

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or related fields. Candidates with relevant working experience may also be considered.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in electronics/semiconductor industry.
• Good command of English.
• Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive mindset with good team spirit.英語
