仕事内容
• Provide Sales administration services & supports to Sales & customers.
• Perform system-related work - SO entry, customer backlog review, forecast review, RMA, shipment release and inventory management.
• Expedite the pull in / push out and cancellation base on customers requirement, vendor term and conditions for rescheduling.
• Handle day-to-day customers’ enquiries / complaint and respond and action accordingly in order to meet customer satisfaction.
• Communication closely with warehouse on shipment arrangement, SHC (Special Handling Code) and ad-hoc.
• Work and co-ordinate with other departments and customers to ensure a smooth and effective operation with customer ‘s project progressive and demand trend.
• Any other duties assigned by superiors.

応募条件
• Minimum Diploma qualification. Candidates with relevant working experience may also be considered.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in electronics/semiconductor industry.
• Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience is encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Oracle System and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
