  Drive cross-border projects and collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to introduce new products and support business expansion.
  
  [Job Responsibilities]
  ・Develop new customers and sales channels to expand the distribution of AISIN's aftermarket products.
  ・Build and maintain relationships with automotive parts distributors, dealers, and workshop networks.
  ・Plan, lead, and monitor new business development projects.
  ・Formulate and execute market entry and product expansion strategies in Malaysia.
  ・Conduct business discussions and proposal presentations with major automotive manufacturers and key customers.
  ・Coordinate and collaborate with regional offices in Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and Shanghai.
  ・Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
  ・Monitor sales performance, manage KPIs, and prepare reports for regional management.
  ・Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to expand business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
