In this role, your daily focus will revolve around the end-to-end lifecycle management of high-tech, high-precision industrial instrumentation. Specifically, you will lead sales activities and provide comprehensive after-sales maintenance and field service engineering support for sophisticated equipment portfolios. These portfolios encompass advanced environmental testing chambers (designed for simulated temperature, humidity, stress, and thermal shock evaluations), highly complex automatic liquid precision dispensing systems used in modern microelectronics assembly, advanced high-efficiency clean air and airborne particle control containment enclosures, and ultra-sensitive airborne and liquid microparticle counter systems used in stringent cleanroom monitoring environments, as referenced in standard technical catalogs.

  【Responsibilities】
  ●Consultative Sales & Technical Solutions:
  - Drive proactive sales initiatives, market penetration, and key account management strategies for high-end precision instrumentation, environmental testing chambers, and automated dispensing technologies across the northern region of Malaysia.
  - Conduct thorough technical consultations with client engineers, production managers, and quality assurance teams to understand their testing or manufacturing bottlenecks and recommend bespoke system configurations.
  - Prepare professional commercial proposals, detailed quotations, technical compliance matrices, and delivery timelines in alignment with corporate standards.
  - Present technical product presentations and live equipment demonstrations to prospective buyers to prove product reliability, efficiency, and return on investment.
  
  ●Field Engineering & Maintenance Services:
  - Perform hands-on installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of environmental testing equipment and complex dispensing systems at customer sites.
  - Execute routine preventive maintenance, precision calibration, and diagnostic troubleshooting to maximize equipment uptime and preserve client operational continuity.
  - Respond swiftly to emergency breakdown notices, providing exceptional field technical assistance and replacing faulty components or modules efficiently.
  - Train customer operators and in-house engineers on proper equipment operation, safety protocols, and daily calibration procedures.
  
  ●Linguistic & Cross-Border Collaboration:
  - Act as a vital multilingual bridge between local Malaysian production facilities, regional management, and overseas technical manufacturing headquarters in Japan and global offices.
  - Translate complex technical specifications, warranty documentation, and engineering service briefs accurately between English, Japanese, and Mandarin.
