    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Printing Assistant Leader to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in offset printing and a sharp eye for color accuracy. You will play a key role in supporting production leadership and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Operate and manage offset printing machines (Ryobi / RMGT).
    - Ensure all printed materials meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
    - Support machine setup, including color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
    - Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines efficiently.
    - Lead, guide, and train printing operators to maintain high productivity and performance.
    - Identify and resolve printing defects and machine-related issues promptly.
    - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures at all times.

  • 応募条件

    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in offset printing operations.
    - Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT printing machines is required.
    - Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
    - Proven leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team.
    - Able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
    - Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
    - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
