  They are looking for an independent, strategic, and high-energy Marketing professional to take over marketing responsibilities previously handled by the sales team. You will lead the brand’s presence in key accounts (like Jaya Grocer), manage local and international clients (China), and oversee our creative team.
  
  •Marketing Strategy (60% Traditional / 40% Online):
  -Offline(60%): Lead marketing initiatives for Key Accounts (e.g., Jaya Grocer and other major supermarkets). Plan and execute ground events, roadshows, and in-store promotions.
  -Online/Digital (40%): Drive digital growth by collaborating with the content team.
  
  •Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  Work closely with 2 Sales Managers, 2 Sales Admins, and 1 Merchandiser.
  Direct and manage 1 Graphic Designer and 1 Content Creator to ensure high-quality brand output.
  
  •Market Expansion:
  Manage relationships with local and international clients, specifically focusing on exports and communication with the China market.
