  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Manager to lead our digital transformation initiative, with a key focus on the migration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in driving system integration, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ERP transformation project to Microsoft Dynamics 365, including planning, system design, data migration, testing, deployment and post-implementation optimization.
  • Act as project owner and subject matter expert for ERP, partnering closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Production and external consultants.
  • Drive process standardization and system enhancement to support manufacturing, inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Oversee overall IT operations including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, hardware and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and implement IT governance, policies, disaster recovery and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage IT budget, vendor contracts and performance to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the IT team to build internal capabilities and system sustainability.
  • Provide strategic IT advisory to Management in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards including QHSE, Food Safety and regulatory requirements.
